YOU NEED A SPOTTER

Good morning, I pray that you are blessed and highly favored by the Lord Jesus and allow Him to guide your footsteps and create in you a clean heart and righteous spirit.

Acts 2:25-28, "I saw the Lord always before me.  Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.  Therefore, my heart is glad, and my tongue rejoices; my body also will live in hope, because you will not abandon me to the grave, nor will you let your Holy One see decay.  You have made known to me the paths of life; you will fill me with your presence".

For games like golf, bow & arrows, and weightlifting you need a spotter.  The spotters' job is that they must have extra eyes.  With golf and bow & arrows, the way the wind is blowing, the temperature, and other things play a huge factor in both.  When lifting weights, you have a spotter standing over you to make sure that you don't hurt yourself and that you can lift the amount of weight that is put on that barbell.  If something goes wrong like you're unable to lift the weights or put them back on the stand.

In either of those cases, you need help to make sure that you are safe and that others around you are safe.  In relating to our spiritual journey Jesus Christ did not leave us here on earth to walk our spiritual walk alone. He sent His Spirit, the Holy Spirit to be our spotter. He knows what is important.  He knows the temperature and the weight of our problems.  He knows what is going to happen today, tomorrow, and forever more.  He is our spotter.  His job is to ensure that we are safe, and our weights are not too heavy. 

Heavenly Father, I thank You that You have placed Your Spirit within me. Thank you for your love and compassion for me.  Thank you for pouring out Your Spirit upon me.  Amen

DON'T CLOSE THAT WINDOW

Good morning my sisters and brothers in Christ Jesus! (Psalms 32:4-5), For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer.
