SAFE HAVEN

Good morning my sisters and brothers in Christ Jesus. 

I want to explain what Safe Haven Ministry is all about. Safe Haven is an entity of Spiritual Growth for Women. 

Safe Haven is the name that the Lord gave me for this ministry. He showed me a picture of the home that I grew up in. Then I heard the Holy Spirit say, "Your home should have been a safe haven for you, not abuse". 

I struggle with bipolar depression and anxiety, yes, I have a "title" by my name but I am not God and I am blessed that I am used for His purpose for His people. It took me a long time to receive the title of Prophetess because of issues in my past. I felt that I was not worthy enough, I would have been okay with sitting in the back aisles of the church but God said, "Not so".

God has been pushing me to tell my story for years, but I worried about what people will think about me, I can no longer afford to be afraid of people judging me, I'm on a mission from God to start this ministry, for those of us that have similar stories but afraid of being judged.

Matthew 7:1-2) "Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

YOU NEED A SPOTTER

Good morning, I pray that you are blessed and highly favored by the Lord Jesus and allow Him to guide your footsteps and create in you a clean heart and righteous spirit. Acts 2:25-28, "I saw the Lord always before me.  Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.  Therefore, my heart is glad, and my tongue rejoices; my body also will live in hope, because you will not abandon me to the grave, nor will you let your Holy One see decay.  You have made known to me the paths of life; you will fill me with your presence". For games like golf, bow & arrows, and weightlifting you need a spotter.  The spotters' job is that they must have extra eyes.  With golf and bow & arrows, the way the wind is blowing, the temperature, and other things play a huge factor in both.  When lifting weights, you have a spotter standing over you to make sure that you don't hurt yourself and that you can lift the amount of weight that is put on that barbell.  If s...

DON'T CLOSE THAT WINDOW

Good morning my sisters and brothers in Christ Jesus! (Psalms 32:4-5), For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah I acknowledge my sin unto thee and mine iniquity have I not hid.    I said I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord, and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah. Don’t close that window.    Each time that you pray, asking the Lord for His forgiveness you are keeping that glimmer of hope open, the window slightly open.    Each day that I loaded my body with drugs and alcohol I still prayed and worship God.    There was a time in my life when I considered myself to be too deep in sin.
