TARRY 1 HOUR
Good morning, I speak blessings upon your life. I pray that all of your needs are met and no weapon formed against you shall prosper and may the angels of the Lord keep you and protect you.
(Matthew 26:36) Then Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane, and he said to them, “Sit here while I go over there and pray. (40) Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. “Couldn’t you men keep watch with me for one hour?” he asked Peter.
As I was in my worship time, the Lord said to me, "tarry one hour". In Matthew 26:36, Jesus went to the Father to pray. If Jesus prayed, that should tell us that we have no excuse when it comes to prayer. How is your prayer life today? Could you tarry for one hour?
When I began having my prayer time with the Lord, it was not easy. I had to get up 1 hour before work and pray. There were times when I rolled out of bed. I did this every day and soon I couldn't wait to get up to meet the Lord in my prayer closet.
Having a prayer life means that your life is centered around prayer. If you don't have a prayer life, start small and then more each day. I promise you, you will begin to feel the presence of the Holy Spirit while praying. (God just told me that so it's a prophetic word for someone).
Heavenly Father, forgive me for my sins in Jesus' name. I pray that those reading develop a life of prayer. Your Word says that prayer changes things and I need a change in my life today. I love you Lord, thank you, in Jesus' name, Amen!
